1 cup of soy, almond, cashew, or rice milk. Dairy milk can be used.
3/4 cup of pineapples and mango
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1/2 teaspoon of ginger. For a kick.
1/2 teaspoon of ceylon cinnamon. Any cinnamon can be used but ceylon cinnamon has a stronger flavor.
